BY THE PEOPLE

You are witnessing an effort by brave Americans, who have chosen to address due process violations (DUE PROCESS DEFENDERS), currently being suffered at the hands of courts acting in concert with corporations and political connections to literally defraud the American People.

Unlike any other group, the organizers of this group have sought to pursue Constitutional mandates by presenting irrefutable evidence regarding judicial corruption and misconduct, affecting EVERY case in the American Judicial System today.  With the funding of organizations by the Senate and President, the courts are literally stripping families and individuals with wanton disregard for any standard of law.

Listed below are Press Release Documents, links to sites, recordings or tapes to verify what the Due Process Defenders provided to the 110th Congress.  First and foremost is the 1996 video of the combined conference of the Conference of Chief Justices  (CCJ), and the Conference of State Court Administrators (COSCA), taped by the State Justice Institute.  This conference was titled "Impact of the Common Law Court Movement in the Courts."  More than 50 state Supreme Court Justices attended the Tennessee Conference.  Keynote speakers included:  Michael Reynolds, Senior Intelligence Analyst for the SPLC and James Reynolds, Chief of the Terrorism and Violent Crime Section, US Department of (In)Justice!
